The dilator comprises a urethra insertion auxiliary sheath and a dilating catheter; the urethra insertion auxiliary sheath comprises an outer sheathbody and an obturator, wherein the obturator can be pulled out of and inserted into the outer sheath body in a penetrating mode; the outer diameter of the dilating catheter is smaller than the innerdiameter of the outer sheath body; an internal capsule and an external capsule are arranged at the inner end of the dilating catheter; the internal capsule surrounds the dilating catheter and is located in the external capsule; the dilating catheter is provided with an internal capsule liquid injection port communicated with the internal capsule, an external capsule liquid injection port communicated with the external capsule and a cleaning fluid injection port communicated with the inner space of the dilating catheter; the part, provided with the external capsule, of the dilating catheter, the internal capsule and the external capsule are of transparent structures; when the outer sheath body sleeves the dilating catheter, the external capsule is located on the outer side of the outer sheath body; and the parts, located on two sides of the external capsule, of the dilating catheter are provided with cleaning fluid outlets.
