This outrigger device which is mounted on a vehicle and which can take a use position and a stowed position is configured to comprise: a front horizontal outrigger and a rear horizontal outrigger, which are adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, are arranged offset from each other in the width direction of the vehicle, and can extend and retract in the width direction of the vehicle; a front vertical outrigger which is supported at the front end of the front horizontal outrigger so as to be capable of pivoting, is disposed below the front horizontal outrigger when the outrigger device is in the use position, and is disposed behind the front end of the front horizontal outrigger when the outrigger device is in the stowed position; and a rear vertical outrigger supported at the front end of the rear horizontal outrigger so as to be capable of pivoting, is disposed below the rear horizontal outrigger when the outrigger device is in the use position, and is disposed in front of the front end of the rear horizontal outrigger when the outrigger device is in the stowed position.
