The cleaner comprises a syringe, a piston which is connected with the inner part of the syringe in sealing and sliding manners and a push rod which is connected with the piston and extends out from one end of the syringe, wherein a conveying nozzle is formed in the other end of the syringe; a conveying nozzle filling head is arrangedon the piston; the conveying nozzle is detachably connected with a conveying nozzle cover which can be used for enclosing the conveying nozzle; a liquid storage chamber is formed among the syringe, the piston and the conveying nozzle, and cleaning liquid is stored in the liquid storage chamber; the piston is moved to resist against one end, provided with the conveying nozzle, of the syringe, andthe volume of a space formed between the syringe and the piston is zero; and the conveying nozzle filling head is arranged in the conveying nozzle in a penetrating manner.
