Abstract

The invention relates to the field of microbial effective substance group evaluation, in particular to a method for evaluating the effective substance group of yeast culture by using the metabonomicstechnology. The effective substance group of yeast culture is analyzed by using the detection technology in metabonomics, and the mathematical thinking of multivariable dimensionality reduction is applied to the digging of the composition of the effective substance group. According to the composition of the effective substance group, the composition relations of the effective substance group are simulated by using chemical substances, and combination is carried out. Then, the efficacy of the effective substance group is verified by animal feeding test. It is concluded that the effective substance group of yeast culture as a dietary additive can significantly improve the growth performance, immune function, antioxidant capacity and slaughter performance of broilers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microbial effective group evaluation, in particular to a method for evaluating the effective group of yeast culture by using metabolomics technology. Background technique [0002] Metabolomics is an emerging science of systems biology, an important part of systems biology, and a science developed after genomics, proteome and transcriptomics that constitute systems biology. The concept of metabolomics was first proposed by the metabolic profiling analysis proposed by Devaux et al. in 1971. They used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the metabolites in the body fluids of the subjects. This method is mainly used to screen and diagnose certain diseases and is still in use today. [0003] Metabolomics is the use of modern biological analysis methods to study small molecular metabolites (molecular mass <1000) related to metabolic pathways in organisms or cells ...
