Abstract

The invention relates to the automobile manufacturing equipment technology field and especially relates to a vehicle door quantitative force application device used for automobile manufacturing and usage method thereof. The device comprises a main frame, an auxiliary frame, a constant force thruster, a controller, an air pump and a suction disc. The auxiliary frame can be movably arranged on the front side of the main frame through a power avoidance device. The front side of the auxiliary frame is provided with a hand-operated type lifting mechanism. One end of the constant force thruster is connected to the hand-operated type lifting mechanism in a transmission connection mode. The other end of the constant force thruster is provided with a walking support. The suction disc is connected to an output rod of the constant force thruster through a universal joint. The constant force thruster comprises a hydraulic rod and a frequency conversion oil pump. The air pump and the frequency conversion oil pump are arranged on the external portion of the main frame. The upper portion of the hydraulic rod is provided with a detachment sensor which can be rotated and adjusted. The detachment sensor can carry out synchronous vertical movement with the hydraulic rod through the hand-operated type lifting mechanism. The detachment sensor and the controller are electrically connected. In the invention, accuracy of vehicle door closing detection can be greatly increased.
