Abstract

The invention relates to a pixel circuit, an array substrate, a display panel and display equipment. The invention discloses a pixel circuit, a pixel switch, a pixel capacitor and a compensation circuit, wherein a control electrode of the pixel switch is connected with an external grid driving circuit, a first electrode of the pixel switch is connected with an external data driving circuit, and asecond electrode of the pixel switch is connected with a first electrode of the pixel capacitor; a parasitic capacitor exists between the control electrode of the pixel switch and the second electrodeof the pixel switch; a second electrode of the pixel capacitor is connected with the common electrode; the compensation circuit is connected with the first pole of the pixel capacitor; and the compensation circuit is used for compensating the voltage change of the control electrode of the pixel switch when the pixel switch is turned off so as to slow down the voltage change of the first electrodeof the pixel capacitor. In the embodiment of the invention, the voltage difference at the common electrode in each pixel circuit is not large or equal, so that the flickering phenomenon in the display image can be relieved or eliminated, and the viewing experience is improved.
