Abstract

The invention provides a vertical auxiliary support of light small hoisting equipment. The vertical auxiliary support comprises a cantilever beam composed of an inclined supporting pipe part and a vertical supporting pipe part, a cross beam and clamping beams; the top of the inclined supporting pipe part is provided with an ear plate, the bottom of the inclined supporting pipe part is fixedly connected with the center of the cross beam; the clamping beams are arranged on two sides of the cross beam, the clamping beams are tightly attached to two sides of a structure beam, and the lower parts of the clamping beams are provided with full-thread split bolt, and the clamping beams is tensioned through the whole-wire tie rods. The invention further provides a mounting method of the vertical auxiliary support of the light small hoisting equipment. The mounting method comprises the following steps that 1) the cross beam is flatly placed on the structure beam; 2) the two clamp beams are installed on the cross beam from the two sides of the structure beam; 3) bolt holes which are closest to the structure beam on the clamp beams are selected, the whole-wire tie rods penetrate through the blot holes to tension the two clamp beams; and 4) the cantilever beam is fastened with the cross beam through bolts.
