The invention relates to a novel rotation driving system for a mixing drum of a concrete mixing transport vehicle. In the system, two prime movers, two hydraulic main pumps, an oil supply pump and a hydraulic motor form a hydraulic closed loop together with a hydraulic valve block with the functions of relatively completing oil supply, cooling and safe buffering; the delivery volumes of the two hydraulic main pumps are different; and the low-delivery volume hydraulic main pump is used for separately realizing slow and constant mixing action of the mixing drum, and the high-delivery volume hydraulic main pump is used for rotating the mixing drum along positive and negative directions at a high speed during feeding and discharging when separately operated or combined with the low-delivery volume hydraulic main pump. The system aims to solve the problems of the influence on the concrete uniformity and the influence on the driving dynamic performance and driving safety performance which are caused by driving a roller to rotate by separately using a chassis engine under different working conditions and different road conditions in the mixing drum, fuel waste caused by the long-term operation of the high-power chassis engine at low-efficiency points and the hydraulic shock generated during the switching of the mixing drum under different working conditions.

The invention belongs to the field of growth of silicon carbide single crystals, and particularly relates to a method for optimizing growth of the silicon carbide single crystals. The method includes the following steps: (1), drilling a gas hole in the upper portion of the side wall of a graphite crucible; (2), putting an SiC raw material at the bottom of the graphite crucible, and putting SiC seed crystals on a graphite tray connected with an upper cover of the graphite crucible; (3), connecting one end of a graphite guide pipe into the gas hole in the side wall of the graphite crucible, and connecting the other end of the graphite guide pipe to a silane pipe of an induction heating furnace; (4), performing vacuuming, keeping a vacuum state, injecting an exchange gas into a growth chamber, re-injecting the same flow of exchange gas for the same duration after 10-40 minutes, and cyclically repeating the process; (5), heating the growth chamber; (6), injecting silane gas into the growth chamber; (7), after growth of silicon carbide crystals, gradually decreasing the temperature of the growth chamber to room temperature. The method has the advantages that graphitization of the SiC raw material is inhibited, sublimate components are stably conveyed to a growth area, the growth process is optimized, and the defects in the crystals are reduced.

Method for pretreating enramycin fermentation liquor and method for preparing enramycin premix by using enramycin fermentation liquor

The method discloses a method for pretreating an enramycin fermentation liquor. The method comprises the following steps of: before extracting enramycin from the enramycin fermentation liquor, firstly adjusting the pH value of the fermentation liquor to a range of 4.0 to 7.0 by using an acid, and then adding aluminum sulfate accounting for 0.8-1.0% the weight of the fermentation liquor. The invention also discloses a method for preparing an enramycin premix. The method, compared with the existing enramycin production technique, is mainly characterized by pretreating the fermentation liquor of the enramycin so as to improve the quality of the finished product of the enramycin premix. The method for preparing the enramycin premix disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to implement and low in cost; and compared with the finished product without being subjected to pretreatment, the degradation degree of the enramycin obtained through the pretreated fermentation liquor is obviously reduced and the stability of the obtained enramycin premix finished product in the storage process is obviously improved. Furthermore, by adopting the method for preparing the enramycin premix disclosed by the invention, the enramycin finished product is more convenient and stable for storing, transporting and applying.
