Abstract

A method for assessing brain age based on neural images relates to the field of brain age prediction. There is a shortage of an effective, reliable and sensitive technology in the process of extracting brain aging characteristics based on neural images. The method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a neural image data set; step 2, performing neural image preprocessing; step 3, extracting features; 4, performing feature pooling and dimension reduction; and 5, carrying out feature selection and model construction. According to the method, the degree of deviation from the average development track in the human brain development process is evaluated, and noninvasive and universal early warning evaluation is provided for brain development.
