The method comprises the following steps: determining a target curved surface piece where a planar two-dimensional code is projected to any curved surface; calculating projection parameters of the planar two-dimensional code on the target curved surface sheet; forming a three-dimensional two-dimensionalcode on the target curved surface piece according to the projection parameters; collecting image information of the three-dimensional two-dimensional code; and converting the image information of thethree-dimensional two-dimensional code into the image information of the standard two-dimensional code according to a conversion relationship between the image information of the three-dimensional two-dimensional code and the image information of the standard two-dimensional code. According to the method and the device, the three-dimensional two-dimensional code can be formed on any curved surface, and the identification of the three-dimensional two-dimensional code can be realized.
