no. 1 example

[0053] see figure 2 , which is a flow chart of Embodiment 1 of the method for detecting the temperature of a charging device provided in the present application.

[0054] The temperature detection method provided in this embodiment is applied to a charging device. The charging device includes a control box, a plug and a charging gun end, the input end of the control box is connected to the plug through a first section of cable, and the output end of the control box is connected to the charging gun end through a second section of cable. The steps to implement this method are as follows:

[0055] S201: Detect the temperature Tm at any position on the first section of the cable, and detect the temperature Tn at any position on the second section of the cable.

[0056] The external temperature of the control box includes two parts, one part is the plug and the part of the cable between the plug and the input end of the control box, and the other part is the part of the cable be...

[0068] see image 3 , which is a flow chart of Embodiment 2 of the method for detecting the temperature of a charging device provided in the present application.

[0069] The temperature detection method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:

[0070] S301: Detect the temperature Tm at any position on the first section of the cable, and detect the temperature Tn at any position on the second section of the cable.

[0071] S302: Using Tm to obtain the temperature T of the plug position A , using Tn to obtain the temperature T at the end of the charging gun C . Among them, T A =α*Tm+m, α and m are constants, T C =β*Tn+n, both β and n are constants.

[0072] Understandably, the temperature at the plug location T A It has a quantitative relationship with the temperature Tm of the first section of cable. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature of the first section of cable, the temperature T of the corresponding plug position A will be higher, T A...

[0094] The second embodiment of the present application provides a method for judging whether the internal temperature of the control box is too high or the external temperature of the control box is too high. Considering that in practice, when the temperature of the charging device is too high, it needs to be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid damage caused by the temperature of the charging device being too high. Damage to the charging device itself or damage to the car being charged. The application also displays different temperature states of the charging device.

[0095] It should be noted that the LED light used in the embodiment of the present application may be a single-color LED light or a double-color LED light, and the type of the LED light is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.

[0096] It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, two LED lights are used to reflect the temperature and other faults of the charging ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature detection method and device of a charging device, and the charging device. The charging device comprises a control box, a plug and a charging gun end, the input end of the control box is connected with the plug through a first section of cable, and the output end of the control box is connected with the charging gun end through a second section of cable. The temperature detection method comprises the steps: the temperature Tm of any position on the first section of cable is detected, the temperature T of the plug position is obtained through Tm, and T is in direct proportion to Tm; the temperature Tn of any position on the second section of cable is detected, the temperature T<C> of the charging gun end is obtained through Tn, and T<C> is in direct proportion to Tn; and when T is larger than the first set temperature, or T<C> is larger than a second set temperature, it is determined that the external temperature of the control box is excessively high. A low-voltage wiring harness between the plug and the input end of the control box and a low-voltage wiring harness between the output end of the control box and the charging gun end canbe reduced, electromagnetic interference is reduced, and the external temperature of the control box is obtained more accurately; and when the temperature is excessively high, over-temperature promptcan be conducted so as to conduct timely corresponding over-temperature protection, and thus a charging failure is prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, and in particular to a temperature detection method and equipment for a charging device and a charging device. Background technique [0002] The rapid development of electric vehicles must rely on the continuous improvement of charging facilities and charging equipment in terms of technology and market. Charging equipment includes charging piles, charging guns, and on-board chargers. As a key component of the entire battery power supply system for electric vehicles, charging equipment must consider reliability and safety. [0003] The new national standard charging mode 2 uses a charging device with a cable control box to charge electric vehicles. This charging method is an indispensable charging method for electric vehicles. The in-cable control box (in-cable control box) is installed on the side of the charging connection device close to the power plug, and has at least con...
