Abstract

A small diameter cylinder and a large diameter cylinder connected to it are formed in a housing, and a stepped piston comprising a large diameter part. A first pressure chamber is formed on the small diameter cylinder side and a third pressure chamber is formed on the large diameter cylinder side by the stepped piston, and an annular second pressure chamber is formed on the outer circumference of the small diameter part of the stepped piston. The fourth pressure chamber is permanently connected to the third pressure chamber. A rod connected to the piston passes through the stepped piston in an axial direction.
