Abstract

The invention relates to a language identification method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of computers. The method includes acquiring audio and video files to be identified; performing feature extraction on the audio and video files to obtain a plurality of audio features of the audio and video files; and inputting a plurality of the audiofeatures into a language identification model, screening key audio features from a plurality of the audio features based on an attention mechanism by the language identification model, performing language identification based on the key audio features, and outputting a language identification result, wherein the language identification result is used for indicating the language of the audio and video files. Based on the attention mechanism, the method screens out a small number of the key audio features from a plurality of the audio features, so as to enable the language identification model to focus attention on the key audio features, so that the language of audio and video files can be more accurately and quickly recognized, and the accuracy and efficiency of language identification areimproved.
