Abstract

The present application discloses a communication network and related equipment. The communication network includes a first optical line terminal, a second optical line terminal and user end equipment. The second optical line terminal can be connected to the first optical line terminal on the upper layer through a PON interface. It can also be connected to the lower-layer client equipment through the PON interface. The communication network of the present application can enable users in remote areas to access broadband services.
