Abstract

The invention provides a refrigerant quantity control method, and relates to the technical field of air conditioners. The refrigerant quantity control method is applied to an air conditioner refrigeration automatic debugging system, and the air conditioner refrigeration automatic debugging system comprises an air conditioner and a refrigerant adjusting device, wherein one end of an inner machine is connected with a four-way valve through a low-pressure pipeline, and the other end of the inner machine is connected with a heat exchanger through a high-pressure pipeline; a liquid discharging tankof the refrigerant adjusting device is connected with a first electromagnetic valve; the first electromagnetic valve is connected with the high-pressure pipeline; a liquid adding tank is connected with the second electromagnetic valve; and the second electromagnetic valve is connected with the low-pressure pipeline. The refrigerant quantity control method comprises the following steps of judgingthe state of the refrigerant quantity of an air conditioner; controlling the first electromagnetic valve to open under the condition of excessive refrigerant quantity, so that excessive refrigerant inthe high-pressure pipeline is led into the liquid discharge tank; and when the refrigerant quantity is insufficient, the second electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, so that the refrigerant in the liquid adding tank is led into the low-pressure pipeline. By adopting the refrigerant quantity control method, the refrigerant quantity can be adjusted efficiently and safely.
