A system suitable for collecting and delivering urine exiting the body of a human or animal may include an assembly having a fluid-impermeable housing, a fluid-permeable membrane, and a fluid-permeable support. A reservoir is defined by a fluid permeable support. The fluid permeable membrane may define a cavity. The housing may define an opening such that the cavity is accessible through the opening. The assembly may also include an outlet in fluid communication with the reservoir. The assembly may be configured such that a user's penis may be placed through the opening such that the urethral opening is placed within the cavity and fluid may flow from the user's penis urethral opening into the cavity, collect in the reservoir and flow from the Outflow.
