The torsion adjusting unit can adjust the air displacement of the body through the relative movement of a piston and an air exhaust part; therefore, under the same air inlet pressure, the rotating speed and the torsion of the body are adjusted, the defects that an existing pneumatic tool can only be controlled to be startedor not, and the rotating speed and the torsion of the pneumatic tool cannot be changed are effectively overcome and use limitation is avoided.
