Abstract

The invention discloses a bulging force and displacement component measuring device in lithium battery charging and discharging. The measuring device comprises a battery charging and discharging device, a thermotank, a lithium battery tester arranged in the thermotank and used to detect bulging force and displacement signals when a lithium battery is charged / discharged in different temperatures, currents and voltages, a data collector connected with the lithium battery tester and a computer and used to transmit collected current, voltage, temperature, bulging force and displacement signals tothe computer, and the computer used to synchronizing the collected displacement and bulging force signals according to the charged state of the lithium battery so as to obtain a curve between a bulging displacement component and a bulging force component along the thickness direction of the lithium battery with a hard shell in different pre-loads and at different temperatures. Different data signals can be collected simultaneously, basic data is provided for establishment of an electric, thermal, mechanical combined coupling model of the lithium battery, and basis is provided for establishmentof a battery management system with electric, thermal and mechanical signals.
