[0061] A sample of offshore sea water was taken, filtered through a 0.22 μm sterile filter membrane, and added to the Vibrio alginolyticus VIB 283 T bacterial solution in the exponential growth phase at a volume ratio of 10%, and cultured with shaking at 28°C. Samples were taken on 1d, 3d, 5d, and 7d. After the samples were filtered and sterilized by a 0.22μm sterile filter, they were diluted with SM Buffer for different concentration gradients, and then 1ml of the diluted filtrate and 1ml of the log phase Vibrio alginolyticusVIB 283 T bacterial solution Mix and incubate with shaking at 28°C for 30min, then pour the melted and pre-cooled RO semi-solid at about 48°C, mix and pour on the RO solid plate, shake it horizontally until the semi-solid solidifies.
