The ampoule bottle opening machine comprises a protecting cap; the protecting cap isprovided with a cavity; a lower opening for feeding nipples of ampoule bottles is formed in the lower end of the cavity; flaky holding handles are arranged on two sides of the outer wall of the protecting cap; the two holding handles are symmetrically arranged on the same vertical plane; gaps are formed in the outer wall of the protecting cap opposite to the lower parts of the holding handles; the widths of the gaps are larger than the thicknesses of the holding handles; the upper parts of the holding handles are fixed with the outer wall of the protecting cap, and the lower parts are suspended; cutting pieces are arranged on the inner sides of the lower ends of the two holding handles; the distance between the inner sides of the two cutting pieces is larger than the diameter of the biggest cross section of the nipples of the ampoule bottles; and when the lower parts of the holding handles are extruded, the cutting pieces can enter the gaps along with the holding handles and move inside.
