The device comprises a workbench and a container, wherein the container is provided with a containing cavity; a piston rod is arranged in the containing cavity; the extending end of the piston rod is connected with a driving system; the side wall of the container is provided with apressure sensor and a temperature sensor; a gas-liquid two-phase fluid circulation circuit is formed between the containing cavity of the container and a box body; the box body is connected with a gas adding and pumping device; a heating device is arranged in the box body; the driving system drives the piston rod to move, and therefore, fluid pressure in the containing cavity of the container canbe changed; the gas adding and pumping device can change the gas containing rate of the gas-liquid two-phase fluid; the heating device can change the temperature of the gas-liquid two-phase fluid; and after parameters, including the pressure, the gas containing rate, the temperature and the like, are obtained, the volumetric elasticity modulus of the gas-liquid two-phase fluid in the containing cavity under different states can be calculated. The measurement of the device includes three variable factors, including the pressure, the gas containing rate and the temperature, and in addition, measurement accuracy is high.
