The bottom surface supporting and positioning system comprises a supporting base, a pressing arm and a first linear driver,wherein the first linear driver drives the pressing arm to rotate in a reciprocated manner and performs pressing-closing and opening work relative to the supporting base; the bottom surface supportingand positioning system further comprises a bottom surface supporting block and a second linear pushing device; the second linear pushing device is arranged on the pressing arm; the bottom surface supporting block is arranged on a driving end of the second linear pushing device and is convex along the driving direction of the second linear pushing device; and the bottom surface supporting and positioning system further comprises an upper compacting block and a lower compacting block. For two lap jointed plates which are away from each other for a certain distance, by adopting the bottom surface supporting and positioning system, one lap-jointed plate can be supported and positioned by the upper and lower compacting blocks through one-time overturning of the pressing arm; then the bottom surface supporting block extends to the bottom of the other lap-jointed plate in a linear moving hook manner, so that the bottom surface of the lap-jointed plate is effectively supported; and therefore,effective supporting and positioning of the two lap-jointed plates are realized.
