Abstract

The invention discloses a wind power uncertainty-considered electricity-heat combined system economic dispatching method. According to the economic dispatching method, firstly, the uncertainty of windpower is processed by adopting a multi-scene method; secondly, a generalized benders decomposition method is adopted to consider the electricity-electricity of the wind power uncertainty; the economic dispatch problem of the heat united system is divided into a power system sub-problem and a heat supply network main problem. Wherein the power system sub-problem is a power system scheduling modelbased on multiple wind power scenes, and the heat supply network main problem is a heat supply network constraint problem considering network thermal delay and building thermal inertia. The method comprises the following steps: solving a power system sub-problem to obtain unit output and electric boiler power, verifying a unit output result by using a heat supply network main problem, and if not,adding constraints of a combined heat and power generation unit and an electric boiler to the power system sub-problem to carry out iterative solution. According to the method, the uncertainty of windpower is considered more finely during thermal joint scheduling, and the method is of great significance in improving the scheduling economy and maintaining the safety of a power system.
