The pressure reliving process comprises the following steps: S1, relieving the pressure of a lower elastic film of a packer at the lower end of a fracturing section which is set in a target hole in an uncharged state so that all accumulated water in the fracturing section flow out along the target hole; S2, relieving the pressure of an upper elasticfilm of the packer at the upper end of the fracturing section which is set in the target hole in the uncharged state so that all accumulated water remaining above the fracturing section flow out alongthe target hole; and S3, moving a water injection pipe which is connected to the packer out. According to the method, a pressure relieving process is divided into two steps, so that the pressure relieving work of the upper elastic film and the lower elastic film can be completed independently, even if the accumulated water in the target hole is in a high pressure state during in a pressure relieving process of the lower elastic film, the target hole can also be kept in a stable state by means of the packer of the upper elastic film; and therefore, the problem that the water injection pipe escapes quickly because of relieving the pressure of the packer at one time when conventional hydraulic fracturing pressure relieving is performed is solved.
