A stitching and cutting segment is arranged on the conveying path of the fabric conveying device, the stitching and cutting part is located on the stitching and cutting segment, and a containing space forcontaining part of the stitching and cutting part is arranged below the stitching and cutting segment; the device further comprises a swing bridge mechanism; the swing bridge mechanism comprises a push plate and a driving mechanism, the push plate is located below the conveying path and is movably arranged on the rack, a pushing face is arranged on the push plate, the push plate has the first position in the containing space and the second position disengaged from the containing space, wherein when the push plate is located at the first position, the pushing face is located in the containing space and is close to the conveying path so that a fabric drooping in the containing space can be pushed into the conveying path; the driving mechanism is connected with the push plate so as to drive the push plate to move between the first position and the second position.
