Therefore, by selectively merging the defect regions, multiple fractured parts originally belonging to the same defect type can be reintegrated, multiple scattered points densely distributed also can be merged into a whole, the problem that an existing product appearance detection technology can not judge whether to merge multiple defects for obtaining a complete appearance defect is effectively solved, defect forms required by the defect regions are restored on the whole, false detection probability is reduced, and appearance defect detection accuracy is improved.
