Abstract

The method comprises: after a to-be-detected image is acquired, to-be-merged defect regions can be picked out from multiple defect regions according to morphological characteristics of each defect region, then the to-be-merged defect regions are merged according to association relationship between any two adjacent to-be-merged defect regions, and then defect types of the merged defect regions and unmerged defect regions are respectively determined. Therefore, by selectively merging the defect regions, multiple fractured parts originally belonging to the same defect type can be reintegrated, multiple scattered points densely distributed also can be merged into a whole, the problem that an existing product appearance detection technology can not judge whether to merge multiple defects for obtaining a complete appearance defect is effectively solved, defect forms required by the defect regions are restored on the whole, false detection probability is reduced, and appearance defect detection accuracy is improved.
