According to the embodiment of the invention, the resume knowledge graph is generated by utilizing the evaluated historical resumes in advance, and the resume knowledge graph comprises the correlation information of the resume information of the historical resumes relative to the post requirements; aiming at the unstructured information in the to-be-evaluated resume, the semantic components of the unstructured information in the to-be-evaluated resume can be labeled by utilizing the resume knowledgegraph; a first structure label capable of representing the unstructured information is obtained; correlation information of the unstructured information relative to the post requirements is obtained from the resume knowledge graph through the first structure label, the correlation information serves as the evaluation factor to determine the correlation of the to-be-evaluated resume relative to thetarget post, unstructured information in the resume can be understood and analyzed and serves as an important basis for evaluating the resume, the evaluation quality is improved, and human resource waste caused by manual resume evaluation is avoided.
