The invention discloses a dynamic virtual machine distribution method based on a combined cloud auction mechanism and privacy protection. The method is applied to a dynamic resource allocation cloud auction scene composed of n bidders, a cloud auction provider for providing m virtual machine instances, an agent service provider and a trusted server, and comprises the following steps: S1, an initialization stage; S2, a quotation submitting stage; and S3, a secret sharing calculation stage.
