Abstract

Through 17 pairs of screened polymorphic identification primers, fingerprint construction and molecular identification of 27 varieties of Xinjiang color cotton are realized. The 17 pairs of primers not only have advantages of high polymorphism, good stability, strong timeliness, simple operation, strong sensitivity, etc., but also can accurately detect and lock target genes, and have more reliable genetic effect values. The different allelic variations reflected by the primers are directly related to phenotypes, and field phenotypic traits are closely connected with indoor molecular markers.
