Problems solved by technology

Extremely high dispatch control requirements and complex hydraulic and electric constraints make the dispatch plan preparation of hydropower stations a great challenge to grid dispatchers
At present, there have been researches on this aspect at home and abroad, but the power station is mainly used as the smallest dispatching unit. Considering that different units in the same power station may be in different operating states at the same time, it is not accurate enough to participate in the calculation with a fixed power coefficient. For Insufficient consideration is given to the impact of different power generation heads on the operating efficiency of the unit, so that the completed power generation plan will deviate from the plan to a certain extent when it is issued to the power station for execution, and it also limits the full play of the peak-shaving potential of the pumped storage hydropower station

[0095] One of the main tasks of hydropower stations is peak regulation. By adjusting the load of the provincial power grid, the fluctuations in the output of thermal power units in the system and the number of startups and shutdowns are reduced, so as to achieve safe, stable and economical operation of the power gr...

Abstract

The invention relates to a hydropower station short-term fine scheduling method, and belongs to the technical field of power generation scheduling of power systems. According to the method, the minimum peak-valley difference of the residual load of a power grid is taken as a target, the influence of reservoir operation constraints, unit operation constraints, power constraints and head changes onthe power generation and water pumping characteristics of the pumped storage hydroelectric generating unit is comprehensively considered, and the purpose of improving the fine level of dispatching isachieved. For nonlinear factors such as a nonlinear multi-objective function, a unit power generation and hydropower constraint, a water turbine dynamic characteristic constraint, a water pump dynamiccharacteristic constraint and a unit operation state constraint in a scheduling model. A corresponding linearization processing strategy is provided, an original model is converted into a standard mixed integer linear programming model, and then the model is solved. The method gives full play to the peak shaving effect of the pumped storage hydropower station in the power grid, improves the refinement level of power grid dispatching, and guarantees the safe and stable operation of the power station.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power system power generation dispatching, and in particular relates to a short-term fine-tuning peak-shaving dispatching method for a hydropower station, which is a short-term fine-tuning optimal dispatching method for a pumped-storage hydropower station considering unit combinations. Background technique [0002] In recent years, my country's provincial power grids have faced the common problem of severe peak shaving to varying degrees. With the large-scale integration of renewable energy represented by wind power, its randomness, intermittent and anti-peaking characteristics will lead to more severe fluctuations in the net load of the grid, further aggravating the peaking pressure on the grid. Huge peak shaving pressure has brought great challenges to the safety, stability and economic operation of the power grid, and has also restricted the further consumption of renewable energy. Pumped-storage hydr...
