The invention discloses a quick response coding and CMYK color space multi-color image optical encryption method, wherein the input is an original cyan-fuchsin-yellow-black CMYK colorimage; the method comprises the following steps of: obtaining a color QR code image which is the same as a CMYK color space by performing a coding process on a quick response coded QR code, outputtinga grayscale encrypted image through an encryption process of Fresnel-linear regularization-fractional Fourier transform (FLF), and meanwhile, generating three main keys in the encryption process; andthe decryption process is an inverse process of the encryption process.
