Abstract

The invention discloses a hybrid automatic repeat request feedback method, which comprises the following steps that: in an HARQ-ACK codebook, HARQ-ACK information of M PDSCHs (Physical Downlink SharedChannel) is contained, the M PDSCHs are scheduled by a first type of PDCCHs, and the first type of PDCCHs are used for activating SPS configuration; the sequence of the HARQ-ACK information of the MPDSCHs in the HARQ-ACK codebook is arranged according to at least one parameter value in a cell index, a BWP index, an SPS configuration index and a PDSCH transmission moment where the M PDSCHs are located respectively. The embodiment of the invention also comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request feedback method under the participation of the second type of PDCCH for releasing the SPS and the dynamically configured third type of PDCCH. The invention further comprises terminal equipment and network equipment which apply the method. According to the method and the device, the problem of how to generate the HARQ-ACK codebook when multiple PDSCHs are configured under the SPS configuration condition is solved.
