Abstract

The invention provides an on-line switching method for a multi-nozzle powder slurry gasifier. The method comprises the following steps: a pulverized coal feeding step, after a second gasifier is pressurized to a preset pressure, a second pulverized coal burner is fed and pressurized, and after the synthesis gas generated by the second pulverized coal burner is synchronized, a first coal water slurry burner group or a second coal water slurry burner group is gradually withdrawn from operation; coal water slurry feeding step, after feeding a third coal water slurry burner group and a fourth coalwater slurry burner group one by one, in addition, when the third coal water slurry burner group or the fourth coal water slurry burner group is fed, one of the second coal water slurry burner groupand the first coal water slurry burner group that has not been withdrawn from operation and one of the first pulverized coal burners are withdrawn from operation to complete switching of the gasifier.According to the invention, the standby gasifier adopts the mode that the pulverized coal burner is fed first under low pressure, so as to avoid the problem of water precipitation with too low temperature in the process of high pressure circulation and decompression of pulverized coal, and further ensure the successful feeding of pulverized coal materials in the standby gasifier.
