Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle thermal exchanging system. A battery thermal exchanger in the vehicle thermal exchanging system realizes heating, refrigerating, temperature equalization and the likeof a battery pack through phase change of a refrigerant and thermal exchanging of the battery pack. Through a compressor, a low pressure gaseous refrigerant is compressed into a high pressure gaseousrefrigerant and is re-conveyed to a position needing to exchange heat. Moreover, when the battery pack needs to be thermal-insulated with outside environment, only thin gaseous refrigerant exists in the battery thermal exchanger; and at the moment, the battery thermal exchanger realizes thermal blocking ability to block transmission of heating between single batteries and prevent spreading of a thermal runaway phenomenon between the single batteries. When the temperature of the battery pack is close to or reaches a thermal runaway critical temperature, a high pressure low temperature liquid refrigerant in a refrigerant storage tank is sprayed out from a refrigerant atomizing device to cool the battery thermal exchanger and the single batteries so as to achieve thermal safety management ofthe battery pack.
