According to the climbing method, three sets of inner climbing frames and four sets of climbing steel beams are placed inside of a building core tube structure, and the first to third inner climbing frames and the climbing steel beams are arranged at the bottom, the middle and the upper portion of a towercrane body; the bottom of the tower crane body climbs to the positions of the second inner climbing frame and the climbing steel beams, and the third inner climbing frame and the climbing steel beamsare located in the middle position of the tower crane body; the fourth climbing steel beam is arranged on the upper part of the tower crane body, the first inner climbing frame is removed and transported directly from the interior of the building core tube structure to the fourth climbing steel beam and installed; during the subsequent climbing of the inner climbing tower crane, the first climbing steel beam and the second inner climbing frame are removed to the upper part of the tower crane body to be installed, and the above steps are executed in sequence to complete the climbing operationof the tower crane body at all climbing trips.
