Abstract

The invention provides an image processing and analyzing method for mining coke information in blast furnace hearth residual iron. The image processing and analyzing method slits the hearth residual iron cooled by blowing out a blast furnace, marks each radial section, and cleans the surface by diluted hydrochloric acid and aqueous solution. The image processing and analyzing method comprises thefollowing steps: aiming at a marked radial section, shooting each radial section picture by using a camera, and restoring the radial section picture of the residual iron of the whole hearth by using image stitching; carrying out image enhancement processing on the reduced radial section picture, and identifying coke particles in the residual iron of the hearth; and conducting statistics and analysis on the coke particles based on the pixels, and obtaining quantitative information of the form, granularity and orientation distribution of the coke particles in the hearth residual iron. Compared with the prior art, the image processing and analyzing method has the advantages that the quantitative information of the existence form of the hearth residual iron in the hearth residual iron and thegranularity; the shape and the direction distribution of the coke can be obtained to the maximum extent through an image recognition technology; and a powerful support is provided for blast furnace analysis of a blast furnace operator.
