The electric leakage protectioncircuit comprises a first switch tube, the first end of the first switch tube is connected with a high potential output end of a rectification circuit or one end of an AC input power supply, and thesecond end of the first switch tube is connected with a low potential output end of the rectification circuit through a first resistor. When the sampling signal of an input voltage reaches a first threshold value, detecting a current flowing through the first switch tube to obtain a first current detection signal; when the first current detection signal is smaller than a second threshold value, itrepresents that the load input end leaks electricity, and a load switch is controlled to be turned off or a load is controlled not to be enabled; and when the first current detection signal is greater than a third threshold, it represents that the first switch tube is over-current, and the first switch tube is controlled to be turned off.
