Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for an improved way of associating blade parts with different types of hydraulic power systems used by a boat or ship's propeller shaft system. By changing connections between these components, there can be more precise control over how well they work together.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented technology relates to improving the performance of rotor blades used for propellers or other machines that use fluid flowing through them. Current methods have limitations such as slow response time due to changes in hydraulic pressure caused by changing environmental conditions (temperature) which can affect the accuracy of measurements made over long periods of time. This makes it difficult to determine whether an adjustment needs to be done quickly enough without compromising its effectiveness when applied too aggressively.

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0019] The invention relates to a paddle association method for variable speed operation of a paddle type water turbine. Firstly, according to the comprehensive characteristic curve of the paddle type water turbine, the unit output curves of each operating point are drawn, and then according to the equal unit output curves, the paddle type water turbine is drawn with variable speed. Run the optimal characteristic curve, and finally read the guide vane opening α and blade opening at each working point on the optimal characteristic curve of the rotary paddle turbine running at variable speed That is, the paddle association relationship of the rotary paddle turbine running at variable speed.

[0020] Specifically follow the steps below:

[0021] Step 1, according to the unit flow Q 11 is the abscissa, unit speed n 11 is the unit flow rate Q ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a propeller associating method for variable-rotating-speed operation of a Kaplan turbine. The propeller associating method includes the steps that firstly, equal-unit power output curves of all working condition points are drawn according to a comprehensive characteristic curve of the Kaplan turbine, then an optimal characteristic curve of variable-rotating-speed operationof the Kaplan turbine is drawn according to the equal-unit power output curves, and finally, opening degrees alpha of guide blades and opening degrees of propellers of all the working condition pointsare read from the optimal characteristic curve of variable-rotating-speed operation of the Kaplan turbine, that is, a propeller associating relationship of variable-rotating-speed operation of the Kaplan turbine is obtained. The problems that in the prior art, when an associating method during the constant rotating speed is applied to variable-rotating-speed operation, the measurement quantity islarge, interpolation is complex, and reliability and accuracy are low are solved.
