An automatic digital system for resident health (disease screening) archives comprises a public health system, a data management center and an identification input system. A table template is pre-stored in the public health system; the data management center is connected with the public health system and used for inputting identity information of residents and generating health archive tables in one-to-one correspondence with the identity information according to the identity information and the table template; the identification input system is used for identifying the health archive tables so as to determine identity information corresponding to the tables and health (disease screening) data filled in the table template, and sending the health (disease screening) data to the public health system; and the health (disease screening) data are stored into a storage space corresponding to the identity information and a pre-stored table template by the public health system. By means of thesystem, medical staff do not need to manually input the content in a paper health record table any more, the corresponding relation between residents and health (disease screening) data of the residents is achieved in the public health system, automatic management and filling of the health (disease screening) data are achieved, and development of other subsequent services is facilitated.
