machine tool. The displacement sensor is installed on the Z axis of the
machine tool to be detected, and under the action of the control
processing unit, a detection head of the displacement sensor moves on the surface of the standard ruler to obtain collection point displacement information; the
data acquisition card is respectively connected with the displacementsensor and the control
processing unit, and is used for acquiring detection data from the displacement sensor and feeding back the detection data to the control
processing unit. According to the invention, automatic measurement and
computational analysis of the geometric accuracy of the
machine tool are achieved, the operation is simple, the efficiency is high, the influence of human factors is eliminated, the
data acquisition range is large, the flexibility is high, and the detection result is accurate and reliable; a detection report can be automatically generated, and archiving and digitalmanagement are facilitated.
