The digital portable type magnetic powder flaw detector comprises a magnetic yoke and an instrument box, wherein an annularly arranged light emitting diode is arranged on the end face on the top of the magnetic yoke; a camera is arranged in the center of the end face on the top of the magnetic yoke; a logical control arithmetic unit and a microprocessing unit are also arranged in the instrument box; an external interface group is also arranged on the shell of the instrument box; and a microprocessor is connected with the external interface group through an interface circuit. The invention has the benefits that 1, the digital portable type magnetic powder flaw detector has digital advantages of storing on-site flaw detection result data, printing a flaw detection report by a printing machine, transmitting data stored in the flaw detector to a computer and recording and replaying the flaw detection process for continuous research and processing; 2, the digital portable type magnetic powder flaw detector has the miniaturization characteristic, light weight and portability; and 3, the digital portable type magnetic powder flaw detector has flexibility and convenience, wherein an internal battery is provided, so the instrument can work continuously for more than 3 hours without alternating current power supply.
