Abstract

A resonant dynamic strain calibration device disclosed by the invention comprises an excitation source, a resonant beam, a laser interferometer, a numerically controlled micro-displacement mechanism, a data acquisition system, and a data processing system. The resonant beam is installed on the excitation source to form a dynamic strain excitation system, and the laser interferometer is connected with the data acquisition system and data processing system as a standard dynamic strain measurement system. The invention also discloses a resonant dynamic strain calibration device and method. On this basis, the strain gauge is installed on the calibration device. For the dynamic strain gauge, laser interferometry is used as a means to fit the deformation curve in the vertical direction of the beam surface. Then calculate the dynamic strain by calculating the second derivative of the fitting curve, and realize the dynamic calibration of the strain gauge by comparing the output of the standard dynamic strain and the strain gauge.
