The invention provides a medium-low permeability reservoir oxygen reduction air drive feasibility analysis method which comprises the following steps: 1) evaluating the development effect of medium-low permeability reservoir oxygen reduction air drive to obtain an evaluation result; 2) analyzing influence factors of the oxygen reduction air flooding development effect of the medium-low permeability reservoir by adopting a difference confidence method to obtain initial key influence factors; 3) verifying the initial key influence factors through a correlation analysis method in a grey theory toobtain final key influence factors; 4) establishing a z function suitable for feasibility analysis of oxygen reduction air displacement of the medium-low permeability reservoir to obtain a preliminary feasibility analysis and evaluation result of oxygen reduction air displacement of the medium-low permeability reservoir; and 5) evaluating the gas channeling risk of the oxygen reduction air driveof the medium-low permeability reservoir, and obtaining a final feasibility analysis result according to the gas channeling risk evaluation result and the preliminary feasibility analysis evaluation result.
