The magnetically-driven multi-layer air guide structure comprises a plurality of air guide rings and magnetic force transmission mechanisms, wherein the air guide rings comprise at least one first air guide ring, at least one second air guide ring and at least one third air guide ring, a pluralityof flow guide wings are arranged on the first air guide rings and the second air guide rings, the air guide directions of the flow guide wings are opposite, and a plurality of micro holes are formedin the third air guide rings; the air guide rings are arranged on an air outlet frame of the air conditioner and can be arranged in multiple layers in the wind direction of the incoming flow in sequence; and the magnetic force transmission mechanisms comprise variable magnetic assemblies, running tracks and moving electromagnets; each variable magnetic assembly comprises a plurality of fixed electromagnets arranged along two sides of the corresponding running tracks and arranged oppositely in a pairwise mode, and the moving electromagnets are arranged on the running tracks and are fixedly connected with the side edges of the air guide rings; and the magnetic pole directions of the variable magnetic assemblies are changed, and the moving electromagnets are enabled to move along the runningtracks.
