Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a radiotherapy plan generation system and device and a storage medium. The system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor. When the processor executes the program, the following steps are implemented: determining a plurality of current constraint points according to a pre-plan imageand a radiotherapy prescription; if each current constraint point does not meet a first preset convergence condition, determining a current candidate constraint point corresponding to the target constraint point from the current constraint points, and completing movement of each current constraint point based on the current candidate constraint point so as to iteratively update each current constraint point until each updated current constraint point meets the first preset convergence condition; and taking the updated current candidate constraint point as a target constraint point, and generating a target radiotherapy plan according to the target constraint point. Through the technical scheme, the optimization efficiency of the radiotherapy plan is improved.
