A waste conveying frame is erected on a waste abandoning side of a factory; garbage generated on allfloors of the factory is conveyed in a compression cabin on the ground to be compressed by a waste hoppers moving in the waste conveying frame; and the compressed waste is packed into regular packs byan automatic packing machine, so that waste is conveniently treated and transported. When a system operates, calling buttons of the waste hoppers are mounted at waste treating ports of all the floorsof the factory. When the waste is abandoned, the buttons are pressed down, the waste can be moved to the corresponding floors, a user abandoning the waste only needs to place the waste in the waste hoppers and leaves, the waste hoppers automatically convey the waste in the waste compression cabin on the ground, after the condition that the waste in the compression bin is filled up is detected, acompression device is started, the waste is compressed into compressed blocks with the same specifications, and after the waste is compressed, a binding machine in butt-joint with the compression cabin packs the compressed blocks, and the waste is conveyed to a waste stacking bin to be stored.
