The distance measurement method comprises the steps of receiving a first numerical value detection result of a first binocular vision system, wherein the first binocular vision system comprises a first vision collection device and a second vision collection device which are arranged on two sides; judging whether a first numerical detection result is valid or not; adjusting the position of a third vision acquisition device to form a second binocular vision system and a third binocular vision system under the condition that the first numerical value detection result is judged to be invalid; receiving a second numerical value detection result detected by the second binocular vision system; receiving a third numerical value detection result detected by a third binocular vision system; calculating an actual distance by adopting a fusion weighted average solving method; and under the condition that the first numerical value detection result is judged to be valid, calculating the actual distance according tothe first numerical value detection result.
