The service platform establishes connection with the cloud center according to the configuration information of the cloud center; after the cloud center completes the businessservice deployment of the edge computing equipment, the business platform can initiate a business service request to the edge computing device through the cloud center. The edge computing equipment can send the media stream to the service platform through the cloud center, or sends the media stream to the business platform based on the address information of the business platform carried in the business service request, so that a connection channel between the business platform and the edge computing device does not need to be independently established, the connection channel between the cloudcenter and the edge computing device is reused, and the communication security can be improved.
