Embodiment Construction

[0066] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific preferred embodiments.

[0067] A defect quantitative characterization method of a defective geomembrane comprises the following steps.

[0068] Step 1, geomembrane defect classification.

[0069] According to the defects and damage of geomembrane caused by production, transportation, construction and other reasons in actual engineering, the defects of geomembrane are divided into hole-like defects, seam-like defects and damage scratch defects.

[0070] Pore-shaped defects refer to defects such as penetrating circles, quasi-circles and arbitrary polygons, such as figure 1 It is shown in the left panel of (a).

[0071] Seam defects refer to defects such as penetrating straight lines and approximate straight lines, such as figure 1 It is shown in the left panel in (b).

[0072] Damage and scratch defects refer to defects such as non-penetrating sc...

Abstract

The invention discloses a quantitative defect characterization and bursting strength prediction method for a defective geomembrane. According to the method, geomembrane defects are divided into porousdefects, crack-shaped defects and damage scratch defects, the porous defects are characterized by an equivalent aperture, the crack-shaped defects are characterized by an equivalent defect length, and the damage scratch defects are characterized by using a damage degree. Meanwhile, the invention provides a prediction method for the bursting strength of the geomembrane containing the defects. Theprediction method comprises the following steps: preparing a defect geomembrane sample; carrying out bursting test of geomembranes with different defect; establishing a geomembrane bursting strength prediction formula containing different defects; and predicting the bursting strength of the geomembrane containing the defects on the construction site. According to the methods, a set of complete geomembrane defect classification criteria is determined; quantitative characterization of the geomembrane defect damage degree is achieved, a calculation formula of the bursting strength of the geomembrane with the defects is established, the method is used for predicting the bursting strength of the geomembrane with different defects on a complex construction site, and the methods have important scientific research significance and engineering application value for guiding construction of the geomembrane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of geomembrane detection in water conservancy projects, in particular to a defect quantitative characterization and bursting strength prediction method of a defective geomembrane. Background technique [0002] Geomembranes have been widely used in anti-seepage projects such as dams, water retaining cofferdams, storage channels, and landfills because of their good anti-seepage performance, strong adaptability to deformation, low engineering cost, and fast construction speed. The thickness of the geomembrane used in the project is mostly 0.5-2mm. Since the geomembrane is a flexible film material, it is almost inevitable that the geomembrane will be damaged or defective during production, transportation and construction. Engineering practice shows that these defects have different shapes, sizes and damage depths, which directly affect the resistance of the geomembrane to the rolling action of construction machinery, tra...
