Problems solved by technology

In addition, patients with bilateral internal iliac artery occlusion were more likely to develop ischemic complications than those with unilateral occlusion
Although there is a lack of statistical data on complications related to occlusion of the internal iliac artery in China, a considerable number of patients still have obvious clinical symptoms

Abstract

The invention relates to a balloon device for measuring internal iliac artery pressure in abdominal aortic aneurysm endovascular surgery. The device is characterized by comprising a main pipe body, the top end of the main pipe body is closed, an opening is formed in the bottom end of the main pipe body, a through hole is formed in the pipe wall of the upper half section of the main pipe body, theopening and the through hole communicate with a channel located in the main pipe body and arranged in the axial direction, a first balloon and a second balloon are fixed to the upper half section of the main pipe body, and the through hole is located between the first balloon and the second balloon. Through the double-balloon design, blood flow of common iliac artery and external iliac artery is blocked before an EVAR operation, the blood supply condition after the iliac artery blocking is simulated, and a pressure measuring catheter is placed at the residual end of internal iliac artery to detect the blood flow pressure, and to detect the pressure index of the residual end which is simulated after the iliac artery blocking. For patients with an internal iliac artery residual end pressureless than 50mmHg, internal iliac artery blood flow reconstruction is further planned to be performed after an EVAR operation so as to improve blood supply conditions and to reduce ischemic complications of the patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a balloon device for measuring internal iliac artery pressure during intracavitary operation of abdominal aortic aneurysm, belonging to the technical field of medical devices. Background technique [0002] Abdominal aortic aneurysm is a common aortic disease in vascular surgery. Due to damage or disease of the arterial wall, the abdominal aorta is limitedly dilated. The typical symptom is a pulsating abdominal mass. With the progress of aging in our country, the change of diet structure and the development of modern examination methods, the detection rate of abdominal aortic aneurysm is increasing year by year. [0003] The traditional method of treating abdominal aortic aneurysm is laparotomy, including abdominal aortic aneurysm resection and artificial vascular grafting. The classic abdominal aortic aneurysm open surgical incision was made in the midline of the abdomen, and the abdominal aortic aneurysm was exposed layer by...
